At Najmat Meraath, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Our returns policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and in line with Dubai regulations.

             Return Eligibility

Refund Process:

  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Return Methods:

  •  In-Store Returns: Bring your item(s) to our store along with the receipt for a hassle-free return.
  • Home Collection: We offer a free home collection service for returns within Dubai for orders above 300 AED. For orders below 300 AED, a collection fee of 20 AED applies.

Exceptions:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
