Returns
At Najmat Meraath, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Our returns policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and in line with Dubai regulations.
Return Eligibility
Perishable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat) are non-returnable unless they are delivered in damaged or spoiled condition. If you receive a perishable item in such a state, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items (e.g., canned goods, household products) can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Receipt
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, we will process your refund via the original payment method.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Return Methods:
- In-Store Returns: Bring your item(s) to our store along with the receipt for a hassle-free return.
- Home Collection: We offer a free home collection service for returns within Dubai for orders above 300 AED. For orders below 300 AED, a collection fee of 20 AED applies.
Exceptions:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
